Judith Bogner is a Strategic Communications and Coherence Advisor working at the intersection of governance, reputation, international affairs and communications.

She advises leaders, boards and institutions operating under sustained public, political and market scrutiny, particularly in situations involving complexity, transformation, stakeholder tension or reputational risk. Her work focuses on creating clarity, trust and alignment in environments where communication has become a leadership and governance issue rather than a support function.

Since 2012, Judith has led her own international advisory practice, working primarily between the UK and Germany with organisations in finance, industry and institutional environments. Her work includes governance-level communications advisory, strategic positioning, conflict management and mediation, stakeholder dialogue, leadership facilitation and the design of Client Advisory Boards.

Her clients include financial institutions, industry associations, policy and governance platforms, corporations and international conferences. Selected organisations include Deutsche Bank, UBS, BNY Mellon, Federation of German Industries, Euro Finance Week, Luxembourg for Finance, State Street, Scope Ratings and Thomson Reuters Foundation.

Much of her work takes place in senior-level public and private forums involving executives, board members and policymakers, including long-term involvement with leading European finance and institutional platforms.

Before focusing fully on advisory work, Judith spent more than a decade at Bloomberg in London, where she became one of the European faces of Bloomberg Television, presenting live in English and German. She covered European summits, global markets and international economic developments, and interviewed senior figures from business and politics. During and after the global financial crisis, she moderated the series Credit Quake: Europe on the Abyss, examining the collapse of Lehman Brothers and its impact on international financial markets. The series was nominated for an AIB award in 2009.

Alongside her advisory work, Judith’s portfolio background includes on-camera work, voiceover and digital hosting, as well as selected acting roles. In 2015, she appeared in Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation.

Judith studied International Business Management and Applied World Business Languages with a focus on China and the financial sector, and spent time studying and working in Shanghai. She is bilingual in English and German and also speaks Italian, French and Mandarin Chinese. She is an accredited mediator and member of the UK Civil Mediation Council.

Originally from Northern Bavaria, Judith has lived and worked across Europe and China. After stations in Switzerland, France, Italy and Ukraine, she moved to London in 2001 and has lived between Great Britain and Germany since 2016.
